Is the price of the product inclusive of GST?

Yes, the price is inclusive of GST and is reflected during checkout and on the tax invoice.

What happens to my money deducted from my credit card/debit card/net banking or any wallet for an unsuccessful transaction?

If money is deducted but the transaction fails, the payment gateway will refund the amount to your account within 7 working days. If this occurs, please notify us via any of our communication channels for assistance.

Do I need a Nutri Smart account to be able to shop?

No, you can shop as a guest without creating an account. However, please note that guest users cannot use coupon codes or avail any promotional offers.

How can I create a Nutri Smart account?

To unlock the full shopping experience, including the use of coupon codes, you can create an account by clicking on "Register" at the top right corner of the website or within the mobile menu. Once registered, you can log in with your email and password to shop and enjoy all offers.

How can I update my information if required?

After logging into your account using your email and password, you can update your personal details in the ‘My Profile’ section on our website.

Is my personal information kept private?

Yes, we take data privacy seriously. Your information is securely stored and protected using 256-bit encryption. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how your data is handled.

I forgot my password, how can I reset it?

If you've forgotten your password, simply click on "Forgot your password?" on the login page. Enter your registered email, and we’ll send you instructions to reset your password.

My Order 

Where can I see my order?

Log in using your email and OTP, and you’ll be able to view your order history under the ‘My Orders’ section. Click on the specific Order ID for more details.

How can I track my order?

We update the status of your order at each processing stage. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email. You can use this ID to track your shipment.

I am not able to track my order.

Tracking information is available 2-3 days after your order is dispatched. If you still cannot track it, feel free to contact our support team.

Can I modify my order once it has been placed?

No, orders cannot be modified after being placed. However, you can cancel the order and place a new one.

Can I cancel my order that has already been placed?

Yes, you can cancel your order through the ‘My Account’ section or by emailing us at nutrismrt@gmail.com before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

You can request an address change by emailing nutrismrt@gmail.com. If the parcel has not yet been dispatched, our team will update the address for you.

Can I request different items from my order to be delivered separately?

This option isn’t available at the moment. Please place separate orders for separate deliveries.

Should I accept the order if the box is tampered with or the seal is broken?

Do not accept the order if the packaging is tampered with or the seal is broken. Please inform us immediately at +91-9266715710 or nutrismrt@gmail.com.
